How do I
book a party?
Please call 570-878-6658 to book your party! Rachel, the owner of Royal Party Princess, will happily walk you through the process of booking your party and will help you create a party that will make your little princess’s dream come true! Once a party date is confirmed over the phone, a deposit of 50% of the cost of your party is required to secure your date. The deposit can be paid by mail to our office. The balance will be due in cash or check to your princess the day of the party.
in advance do I need to book my party?
We generally ask that you book you party at least 3-4 weeks in advance. All dates, times and princess are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
Parties with the Snow Queen And Snow Princess characters should be booked at least 5 weeks in advance!
If you need to reserve a party on a date less than 5 weeks in advance, please contact us (1-570-878-6658) to see what options may be available.
Please note that your date is NOT reserved until your deposit has been paid!
What if I need to cancel my party?
In the event that you need to cancel your party, your deposit is not refundable. However if you would like to reschedule your party the already existing deposit can be applied to the new date.
If your party needs to be canceled due to inclement weather and unsafe roads, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date and time and your deposit will be applied to your new party date.
come to the Princess Party?
Boys are always welcomed at our parties and they usually enjoy themselves as much as the girls do! If your party involves a craft that the children take home, the boys’ items are always “gender-appropriate” and are carefully selected to match the specialness of the girls’ craft. If your party involves make-up for the girls, the boys will get temporary tattoos and/or face paint.
What do I
need to supply?
Please supply a room large enough for the princess to be able to entertain your guests. If your party involves making a craft, please provide one large table (with or without chairs.) If your party involves make-up, nails, or face painting please provide one small table and two chairs for these activities.

What age of children are your parties geared towards?
Royal Party Princess will structure and design your party around the ages of your child and her guests. However, most parties are geared for children ages 3-11. The princess will do her best to make sure that the guest of honor enjoys her special day.
When is the best time for the Princess to arrive at my party?
The princess should be schedule to arrive at least thirty minutes after your guests are scheduled to arrive. If you are scheduling a thirty-minute princess visit, it is best to have the princess come at the end of your party, typically right before the singing of Happy Birthday.
should my guests eat?
Our White Glove Policy
Because our Princess Party hosts require high-end wardrobes to create their character, we ask that no food or beverages be served during the Princess Party portion of your event. This will help avoid any accidents on your carpets & furniture as well!
We recommend having your
favorite babysitter assist!
Should I tip the princess entertainer or the assisting staff members?
Gratuity is not included in the price of the party packages; however, they are greatly appreciated. We recommend a standard gratuity based on the total party amount of 10% to 20% at your discretion.
